Our Quality Control department works to continuously improve our production processes, optimizing resources and consistently guaranteeing the highest quality in our products.

This department is a cornerstone in our company. It manages, develops and assures that all technical requirements are met. This department has the necessary qualified staff and equipment to manage and to perform non-destructive tests (NDTs) such as: Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Liquids Testing, Hardness Testing, Visual / Surface Testing, Dimensional Control (using a 3D Arm or Scanners), and Radiographic Testing.

We also count on our own laboratory and equipment to perform Traction Tests, Impact Tests, and Metallographic Tests.

Similarly, safety has become an integrated part of our daily work and activities at FAED. We constantly implement preventive actions and prioritize staff health and safety above all everything else.
